Using shower.rsvp

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

shower.rsvp helps people create event pages, collect replies, and track guests and gifts. The free plan is free. Paid plans, when they launch, will be priced on the pricing page before you pay.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for the events and guest information you add.
• You confirm that you have the right to share the guest details you upload, and that you may contact each guest.
• You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store and display it so the service works.

Messages

shower.rsvp does not send invitations or reminders for you. You send them from your own email or phone, using the text and contact list we provide. Only message people you know who expect your invitation. Include an opt-out in text messages, and honor any request to stop.

Acceptable use

Do not use shower.rsvp to send spam, harass anyone, collect information you have no right to collect, or break the law.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, shower.rsvp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using shower.rsvp at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell people who asked for launch news.
